    How did you hear about us?

    Usually, if your enquiry is regarding your broken spa, we will ask for photos in the reply email and further details like manufacturer, model and in some cases, the serial number. If you could place those details in the message box or have them to hand when you phone, that would be of great help. You can also attach a picture, so don’t forget to hit that upload button!
