Could I just say that I have been extremely pleased with the service you have provided through the recent problems we had with the hot tub. I feel that a number of firms would have given up given the distance and the number of call backs. I was very pleased with both service and attitude of all the staff at Spafix. Your service was one of the main reasons I decided to take out a maintenance contract with yourselves as I feel you are a company that cares about your customers.

Hello, I was just like to say a big thank you to Amanda, Darren and Tony for being patient with me when at times I was getting very irate from that fact that my dealer was taking their time in getting my spa fixed. I bought a Hot Tub in Sept 07 but when it arrived it would not work. The Supplier was no good. I was left with a Hot Tub that didn’t work at all. I called over 35 companies who were not interested in helping me, eventually I was given Darren’s no. at Spafix. He has proved to be a saviour to my wife & I. He turned up promptly and carried out extensive work to our useless Hot Tub. Transforming it from a nightmare into a dream. We have had many tradesmen carry out work around our home but none as good as this guy. His level of workmanship and keen pricing together with his positive professional attitude are not often seen nowadays. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services. Well Done!

He spotted the problem straight away and soon had it up and running again, even though we live near Maidstone in Kent it was no trouble to come out and I thought your charges were very reasonable considering the distance travelled. I am so pleased and relieved to have found Darren at Spafix to look after my hot tub. At last I feel confident that I have someone I can call whenever I have concerns about my spa and I trust him to do an excellent job for a fair price. He has completely refurbished my old spa with a new engine, made-to-measure spa-side controls and fitted cover, all of which I am delighted with. He provides prompt and courteous service and is happy to advise over the phone. Peace of mind at last!

After calling out our local dealer to attend a terminal problem with our hot tub, their so-called engineer wrongly diagnosed a faulty Motherboard in the Control Unit and suggested I would be better off trying to obtain one myself. Not content with his efforts I contacted Darren at Spafix who promptly offered a correct diagnosis by email (he suspected a faulty heater unit). After supplying some photos and carrying out a simple check (as directed by Darren) the fault was confirmed, and very soon he was able to source a replacement unit from the USA at a much-discounted price. The new unit duly arrived from the USA (which Darren assured me I would be able to replace myself) and sure enough everything is now working fine. So much for our local dealer, and every thanks to Darren and Spafix for their fantastic customer orientated service especially as no site visit was actually required or carried out.
