Often I only write to complain about things so thought it would be fair to leave a good comment. I have previously used at least 2 other companies but I have to say that none of them has had as much knowledge and professionalism as your company does. After being let down by somebody else I looked at the comments on your website and also read through your CheckaTrade reviews and decided to give you a try and I am very happy I did. I decided to go for the full service on your advice and I have to say I was really impressed with how in-depth the guy was explaining everything as he was doing it. You also responded to 3 or 4 emails before I was ready to book and did not pressure me. The contact with me from you was second to none and you even called the day after to make sure everything was OK.
